Privacy Policy

Flow Fuel LLC ("Flow Fuel," "we," "us") provides mobile fuel delivery through flowfueldelivery.com and the Flow Fuel mobile apps. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and phone number, provided when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
- Delivery information — the addresses you save, and details about your vehicles (year, make, model, color, license plate, fuel preference, and any notes you add) so our drivers can find and fuel the right vehicle.
- Order history — the deliveries you request, including requested times and locations, and their status.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep only the invoice amount and its paid/unpaid status.
How we use it
- To deliver fuel to the right vehicle at the right place and time
- To contact you about your delivery (the phone number you provide)
- To send invoices and confirm payment
- To notify you about your order status (email, and push notifications if you enable them in the app)
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Where it lives
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States, protected by industry-standard access controls. Sign-in is handled by AWS Cognito; passwords are never stored in plain text and are never visible to us.
What we share, and with whom
- Stripe — your name and email, to create and send your invoice
- Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in
- No one else, except if required by law
Your choices
- You can edit or remove saved addresses and vehicles anytime from your account page.
- Push notifications are optional and can be turned off in your device settings.
- To delete your account and its data, email flowfueler@gmail.com or call 208-859-3621 — we'll remove it within 30 days.
Changes
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
